Parent Workshops aim to support and strengthen existing parenting abilities and promote the development of new competencies so that parents have the knowledge and skills needed to carry out child-rearing responsibilities and provide their children with experiences and opportunities that promote child learning and development.
Play n' Learn Family Events
The Play ‘n Learn program is designed to meet the specific developmental needs of young children ages 0-6. Our variety of activities provide opportunity for young children and their caregivers to enjoy one another’s company while participating in a combination of informal playgroups and structured learning opportunities. These events are intended to be educational for both children and caregivers.

Play 'N Learn Family Events
Brings your kids and join us for our monthly events of playing and learning!!
Each month's session is based on activities that children enjoy with a focus on helping parents understand what's being learned during all the fun! Each family receives an activity kit to take home so the play and learning can continue. Child development and reading readiness information are also available for parents.
The new story walk book is up and ready! This month's book is titled There Was a Cold Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow! written by Lucille Colandro. A variation of "there was an old lady who swallowed a fly" we follow the tale of a lady who swallowed many things. Find out what happens when she swallows some snow!
Once you have completed the StoryWalk trail, come into our office to receive a FREE book! You can also post a picture to social media and tag us using #rrstorywalk. Or you can always email us (contact info is on the last StoryWalk board).
