Parent Workshops aim to support and strengthen existing parenting abilities and promote the development of new competencies so that parents have the knowledge and skills needed to carry out child-rearing responsibilities and provide their children with experiences and opportunities that promote child learning and development.
Play n' Learn Family Events
The Play ‘n Learn program is designed to meet the specific developmental needs of young children ages 0-6. Our variety of activities provide opportunity for young children and their caregivers to enjoy one another’s company while participating in a combination of informal playgroups and structured learning opportunities. These events are intended to be educational for both children and caregivers.
Raising Riley Book Club
Raising Riley is offering an incredible opportunity, just for parents! Join our book club with parents from all walks of life as we venture through topics on raising a reader, healthy eater, sensory development, behavior management, and so much more!
We are currently reading The Whole Brain Child by Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. and Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D.
Join Raising Riley as we host a ZOOM virtual event to learn about the Second Step curriculum. In our efforts to promote continuity between child care providers and caregivers in the home, we are offering an inside look to this curriculum used by child care providers.
